6. Disclosure of personal information
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose it to:
- Service providers who support the Services, including authentication, database and storage, hosting and content delivery, domain and SSL, payment processing, artificial-intelligence, email, and analytics providers;

We require our service providers to handle personal information consistently with applicable privacy laws, but we are not responsible for their independent acts or omissions.
7. Overseas disclosure
Some of our service providers store and process personal information outside Australia, including in the United States, the European Union, and other jurisdictions. By using the Services, you acknowledge and consent to your personal information being disclosed to and stored in overseas locations, and you acknowledge that overseas recipients may not be subject to the same privacy protections as in Australia. To the extent permitted by law, APP 8.1 does not apply to such disclosures and we are not accountable for the acts of those overseas recipients.
8. Artificial-intelligence processing
When you use AI-assisted features, the relevant content (such as your site's text) may be transmitted to and processed by third-party AI providers to generate output. You should not submit sensitive personal information to AI features. We are not responsible for how third-party AI providers use data submitted to them under their own terms.
9. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any unauthorised access to or loss of data not caused by our wilful misconduct.
10. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We may retain de-identified or aggregated data indefinitely. We are not obliged to retain or back up your customer content, and may delete it following account closure or non-payment.

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with the APPs. We may require you to verify your identity and may charge a reasonable cost for access in limited circumstances. If we refuse access or correction, we will tell you why where required.
