Web.com is a DIY/done-for-you mix. Situs builds your website for you, with scope and any ongoing support agreed before work starts.
The key difference
- Web.com: you do the building (or pay a lot to have it done).
- Situs: a quoted website build, with content changes scoped when needed.
- Situs: hosting and domain setup available within an agreed scope.
- Situs: contact the studio to discuss changes, costs and timing.
When to choose Situs
If you want a professional result without spending your weekends in a builder, or thousands on an agency, Situs is the simpler path. Situs quotes every project. Tell us what your business needs and you get a fixed price up front, covering the build, hosting and any ongoing work you want, with no hourly billing.
Is Situs cheaper than Web.com?
For a done-for-you result, usually. You get a fixed quote with no agency retainer attached to it.
Can I move from Web.com to Situs?
Yes, tell us what you have and we'll rebuild it better. You can keep your domain.
